In addition to the two year statutory warranty from the dealer (in Germany, other countries may vary) Coolergiant Computers Handels GmbH offers an additional quality warranty for end-customers. For LEPA high-end power supplies (G series), Coolergiant provides a three- to five-year quality warranty (depending on the model) and for all other products a two-year quality warranty from date of purchase.

The warranty is only provided to the original owner (first buyer) and has to be proven with a copy of the original invoice. Functional defects that are not caused during the product assembling, which are due to improper handling or that have occurred during the use of required outside environment variables are excluded from any warranty claims.

The quality warranty for LEPA branded products applies within the sales area of Coolergiant Computers Handels GmbH (DACH, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux, and Southern Europe).
